A dense cotton poplin, also known as typewriter cloth.   Slightly more dense than most poplins this fabric is crisp and would sew up into a beautiful shirt or crisp dress.  It will soften with washing and wear.   You can also use this to line winter jackets and coats. 

The fabric would work well with patterns such as , , or to name a few.

Care: Machine wash 30 degrees C, do not bleach, warm iron, do not tumble dry.
